87 buick regal twin ls motor,early stages getting some progress wating on machine shop to complete the coupler so i can get front motor plate and mounts and correct location.Rear engine bolted in stock location but moved back a few and yes stock dash still fits.The coupler is a based off ctsv driveshaft flexible coupler.
So heres my experimental plan so far
Engine 1
all aluminum 5.3 l33
H3 oil pan set up
stock 706 heads
Ls1 intake
Dont now which cam yet
100 dry kit.
truck manifolds to gt45 turbo which will pump the comprssed air to engine 2
Engine 2
aluminum 5.3 lm4
stock 862 heads
zo6 cam
ls1 exhuast manifolds
truck intake
So much too list this is a big fun unique experiment

Interesting. It looks like the front engine is right behind the grill, do you know how the cooling system is going to be set up? Dual radiators? Im guessing that this will see mostly track time or will it see time on the street?

Dual radiators rear mounted,would like to build for some street and standing mile events.
 
Holy moly, now this is adventurous! I like it, will be following this with great interest 🙂 I would imagine the drivers seat will be in the back seat, and fabbed steering/throttle/brakes etc...

Im surprised those things fit in the engine bay!
 
This is crazy! Ive never heard of another engine driving a turbo to boost another engine. Is that possible? Wont the first engine have all the disadvantages of the turbo, like back pressure? Are you going to use two different ECM? What if the second engine makes more power than the first??? Wont it be dragging dead weight around of you run two seperate ECM's? Lol I need to know more about this build.
