My favorite is when someone asks for advice about doing something and 9 people that have tried it say it won't work but number 10 says I haven't tried but it should work and then the posters response to number 10 is "thanks that is what I was hoping for" and then goes and does it.

Seen it many times. Plus you might give the same advice again in a different way to no answer or response. Then after the post has been dormant for a few months or more you still get the “I tried this but......” and it starts all over again when stuff to check was already posted and ignored.
Sometimes it seems like someone is asking how to close a door and no matter how many different ways we give a solution, questions still abound because possible answers seem to offer no hope in a way they thought it should go. Oh my.............

Some people only want the answer they want not the right answer so they just keep asking that makes me nuts
I sometimes ask questions more than once because I'm shot! Can't remember and can't find where you told me the last time I asked probably do to frustration from looking threw the wrong answers lol

When we get stuck on something and frustrated it can lead to some interesting postings for sure! Happens to all of us.
What I do like, that many have done here, is posting a video of the procedures or problem solving. I posted a few videos when I could not explain it as well as the video. As long as I can help in some way I feel good. But when some posts start to become like pulling cactus needles out of my butt, I just read and shake my head! lol
Very, very prevalent amongst guys who want big wheels. You can tell them exactly what they need to make it work and save them the most time and money, but as soon as someone says just put a lift kit or spring knuckles on it, they completely ignore the step-by-step instructions that you just gave.
the ones that always made me laugh were the poser posters that said "use this stuff, it cures everything that's wrong"......
according to some posts I've seen in the past, it even cures stuff it doesn't come into contact with.....
