Okay, this is my first build thread so bare with me here..and I'll warn you I'm A.D.D so i tend to get off topic.I will try my best..
My car started life as a v6, I got it in a trade for my old yamaha blaster( little 200cc quad).. but the car did have a nasty rod knock.. So I towed it to my house and started to take it apart and put in a 305 with a 700r4..it took my about two weekends to do it myself(i was 18 and it was my first swap). that transmission lasted about 6 months then 3rd started to slip, so i pick up another 700r4 and that one lasted about 2weeks(cooler line got clogged in wonderful miami traffic and that one went to sh*t..since then it's been parked at my grandmas house and i've been collecting the parts i need for the swap..I took the motor out of my truck(355 with about 430hp) and started the swap the way I should've done it the first time..Here are some pics..
Okay, this was my daily till i took the motor out for the cutlass i havent even put 1000miles on the motor since it was built..

when it had the 305 with a ugly wire mess..
this is after i installed the hids
after i put the 10"wheels,those only lasted about a week,they rubbed on every bump but ill put them back on when i flare my fenders
when i started the build, i love working in the shade
painted the top white to cover the faded paint and terrible "rust removing" work done before i got the car
more on the "rust removal"
i had to add the silicon to cover the leaks while it was parked
pics of the rest of the cancer..
atleast most of the lines are straight..
also the interior is pretty clean
it was a factory bench car and i got these at the local junk yard for $60 with a rally pac and v8 fan shroud
this is my favorite part on my list.
a t-5 that will be a temp till i get my t56..

reservoir mount not finished i used the non-console ashtray mount and cut it up
