Hey guys. I'm doing a bucket seat install on my 1980 Malibu Wagon. The seats are the high back style that were common on cutlass and some early Camino's. But the sliders ( or seat adjusters) are the same as the Monte Carlo bucket seat adjusters. The problem I have is I'm not sure how the springs attach. There is one thin spring and one much fatter for each seat. This is where your assistance comes in. I need a picture of how these springs hook up. I bought the seat sliders with the springs removed . Today I just finished welding in the BUCKET seat brackets that are specific to bucket seat cars. My next step will be to install a floor shifter and the carpet. So I'm gonna need some help real soon. I'm sure someone can put me the right direction. Thanks!!!
