Thank you for all the wonderful replies. I am interested for sure.
You know I've thought about getting a decal or graphics shop to make oldsmobile rocket decals to insert into my tail lights. Sounds far fetched but i like to think outside the box. I also thought about printing out and laminating the correct size.
I think I am about to blow you guys away. I don't know if you've ever seen some of this stuff :D

The original glove box booklet..

The original manual!

The original pre delivery inspection form?

And this was very curious,

The comment card is very curious. The workers knew that they were building the last of the G-bodies and were, perhaps, trying this campaign as a means to convince GM to give them a new product to build. The last G-body, and last car down that line was a GN built December 11, 1987. Some Fiero production continued on the site into 1988 and then it was curtains for Pontiac Assembly.

Getting the rocket logos glued back on those tail lights would be like gluing petals back on a rose; they will just fall off again. It sucks but I had the same issue and was happy to just buy new tail lights w the rockets intact. If you want to save the ones you already have; running off a sheet of rockets stickers at a sports shop might work too. When I got my 'new' (to me) tail lights 6 yr ago they cost me $5 a piece. These days I see lights in similar condition going for more than $20-25 a piece and used vgc+ condition going for up to $50 NOS in a box forget about it - $100 or more easily. Get the lights ASAP they will only go up in price as time marches on lol

Your guys paperwork is very cool. Now that I have an 85 to compare my 88 I can easily say the 85 build quality seems much better. Even without rust the 85 just doesn't make any squeaking / rattle noises going down the road and the non-swirl port 307 feels so much smoother. It's almost as if GM wanted the design to feel 'old' so people would be interested in the fwd switch right after that lol.

Beautiful car, about 10,000 times nicer than mine. I have to say, I really am jealous

Mine had all those emblems missing too. I wish I had that nice leather cover for the manual.

I'll be heading to a decal shop this weekend to try and convince them to make some for my tail lights.
I wanted to share these because my car looks hella sexy in these and almost feels like art
