So beginning of this season not to mention the very first day out of storage my uncle hit the side of my car and caved the passenger side quarter in, for some reason he believes i should be parked in my own drive way and hes refusing to pay for it. last year i noticed the paint was starting to peel off the roof in the same spot i had paid a local body shop alot of money to "properly" fix which apparently they didn't it has gotten absolutely terrifying for me to look at, the car was beautiful when first completed when me and my dad finished it when i was 18 but now has become a nightmare. So i bought another one lol, this was is in a lot better shape, ive never done a build thread so i figured i would give it a shot since i'm losing interest and could use some incouragement

Good idea, you this is definitely a good place to get some motivation. Wagons are great. To get good feedback on your thread you will need to post lots of pictures. Members here like to have something to look at in exchange for having to read! lol

Definitely interested in seeing your new project and your plans for the build. Goodluck and i hope you find the motivation to get you going!!!!

so with all this bad luck i decided to start over with a whole new car i bought my dads 85 which the body was really good on, so i pulled the frame

the frame was starting to go in the rear so i cut it all out and replaced it

2-B389F0DF-1785720-800.jpg

it turned out awesome
i finally saved up enough money to buy my rear end and all the fixins to go with it and i got a phone call from home saying the house was broken into and all my expensive watches and the safe i had containing the 3700 dollars i had saved up for the moser 9 in was stolen so now this project has gotten off to a terrible start not only did they get the money they got my watches valued at 4700 and my safe which also contained some things very close to me passed on by my late step sister but the cops told me to just give up cause none of it will be found and to top it all off the insurance wont cover any of it! :blam: so now the big question is dump it all off and give up or try to get back up and continue on.......?
i apologize for the picture quality its my first thread

First, keep going, it looks good.

Second, next time, bolt the safe to the floor....maybe? Don't let anyone know that you have any money 'stashed back' for anything...bad guys are looking for the easy way out, so, if you don't have anything they are not going to come looking....

Bummer about your other car, it can be fixed!!!!
