Anyone know a Moog part # for the carrier bushings for an 8.5 g body rearend...rock autos listings say everything except Hurst and its a Hurst rearend and Oreilly auto is baffled...tried to find a Moog # for them...I thought all g body rearends took the same bushing...have Energy Suspension stuff but want to put some ruubber back there with some UMI roto joints so the rearend will articulate a little...it will be a street car...thanks

try looking for anything along the GN/t-type lines?they also have the 8.5 housing?

So don't waste any money on the Moogs? Just order the rotos and roll?

I have the Roto Joint on the UMI conversion uppers for my 8.2 for the last 4 years with no issues. I had UMI build me some lowers with a Roto Joint to pick the angle with the misalignment on the axle side but I think they have those in their product line now.

Look at UB / speedway monoball bushings, anything else is overspending on the same thing.

The upper ears have the most deflection of any of the bushings, thats why I dont like poly as It just put the twist into the arm instead. None of it really matters if you just run a heim on the frame side
