No don’t really need any donor cars at the moment but I would like to get a posi rear end . I’m taking a break on upgrades right now and just driving it as is for a bit. I’d like to get posi and some steeper gears in over the winter though

Yea I hear ya I'm trying to get this motor put together for mine goal is to drive it before snow hits the ground ,but I'd rather see someone use it or them then me destroy them or scrap them , go for a 9in cheap and strong 200-500 all day long almost ready to bolt in

probably be towards end of week on pic,s . mine currently has a very tired old 350 , debating on rebuilding or just buy a crate engine and be done with it . no part,s car. rear is a 7.5 posi with 3;23 gears it,s a decent compromise on performance and rpm at cruse speed

What do you guys know about water pumps? My motor sat for about a year with no water in the block , after I installed it I was having over heating issues for a bit and was getting a leak from the weep on the water pump . I flushed it several times and got some nasty sediment out , very rusty water . It holds with no problem under consistent use but now if let the car sit for a few days i get the same effect, it drips and then is fine after I flush it . And still getting some sediment but nothing major. Do just keep flushing the system or is there something I can ad ?
