I've been using simple green a lot, would just like to know what everyone else is using!

I used some dollar store oven cleaner on my tractor motor. Worked pretty well

Funny, oven cleaner is what I used on my frame to clean it up before paint. Sure does not feel nice when you get it all over your arm! Ppe is highly recommended.

Oven cleaner, If you do not want to destroy paint or etch aluminum...Dawn dish soap cannot be beat.

Mild soap/ carwash soap after its been painted and cleaned up to where it doesn't have a crust to need oven cleaner is the way it should be but when it's got 40 years of crust and questionable clean up during those years. I'd power wash/pressure wash degrease what's left and scrub it down or sand for paint to keep it garden hose spray down clean but that's a mission lol

Simple green leaves a film/residue if you dont rinse it alot. Does anyone like purple power I think it's from napa
