Need the front and rear bumper inserts for a 78 Monte Carlo I just bought. Does anyone still make these. If needed when I get the car home I will get some photo`s of what I need.

Most end up using chrome moldings from Auto Zone. Same moldings as in the add above just less expensive. I've seen some of the lower front and rear strips on E Bay but the price is is crazy high. I found a slightly damaged upper front on E Bay (Folded in shipping tube) years ago and still payed more than the part was worth.
IF...IF you can find a decent used set, the 3M adhesive tape they are bonded to the bumper cover with releases with heat and can have new tape applied to make the strips reusable. I did that this past fall taking the set from my black 79 to install on my blue car.
I've always said that hens teeth are eaiser to find than the bumper moldings.
