Yes those speaker door panels are super shiney lol, I immediately regretted not sanding and painting them before I installed them.

You should have a 7.5" 10 bolt rear, you could goto the bone yard and get your own rear setup from a 98-02 Camaro/firebird v6/v8 for cheap. It will most likely be cheaper than the ebay conversion and will also be bigger at 12" rotors.(may need 16" wheels)

I'd go for good mpg + big hp + big tq = LSX. Find a good one throw a cam at it and be done is my opinion. I have a sbo 403, sbb 350 and sbc 350 with an LS 5.3 waiting to be built, if I only threw the money I spent on rebuilding the olds 403 on the 5.3 I'd be driving it by now but I wanted my H/O...

Yes you need the pads in the pic, with those the olds 350 will bolt into the proper location (same size a factory 307) that way there's nothing for you to figure out, everything will line up. You can use the pulleys brackets from a olds 307 the whole accessory setup.

Mine came from my wrecked Regal it was an 1984 With a GN hood that I planned on turning into a GNX body clone hence 84clonewars.

Not even worth the time, 307 frame pads can be found for dirt cheap less than 20$, I personally haven't heard of anyone modifying sbcframe pads for sbo frame pads.

Side note, if thats you g body chassis (looks awesome btw) those are chevy motor mounts which will not fit your Olds 350 motor.
