be alot easier to just send the ecm to Nelson or the like and have it tuned to turn vats off. Theres probably other stuff you need done aswell plus the performance gain.

If you dont want to cut nothing, stay away from 15x10's. Get 8's with 275/60 radials. What is your goals with the caar?

A 650 is a little much for a 305. Try a 600 or a non-ccc quadrajet. What is your timing set at and rear gears do you have? Driving style makes alot of difference aswell as where you drive. I wouldn't expect great mpg but alot better than your getting. PM me if you would be interested in either...
