Hello can someone tell me why my old upper control arms have 3 to 5 square like washers on the two bolts connected to the frame? The other side has 3 to 4. Picture attached

thanks alot I kinda figured something like that. so if I am installing new upper arms should I just put those back on for now?
When you remove them, tag the location so you can put them back in the same spot. It's typically the best starting point for re-alignment w/the newly installed parts.
