I'll definitely keep the forum posted once they're installed but for now I can give some numbers. UMI's bumpsteer kit sleeves are 9.2" long so I bought 9" long Afco radius rods @ $20 each to go with new inner tie rods (8.5" long from end to stud center). I measured the driver's side tie rod assembly on my El Camino to be 17.25" and these babies come in at 17" flat when fully shortened. It may be possible to substitute an inner tie rod stud (WM325) in place of the outer TR5000 stud for a cleaner install. There's also the option to drill the spindle to accept regular bolts and mount the heim on top if you can't adjust things high enough (which is a distinct possibility). The tapered spacers may prove to be completely unnecessary but each cost less than a candy bar, and while there were cheaper options for heim joints and shafts this still only set me back $116 shipped to my door.



The BT receiver is the same brand as the 10" subs I got for under the front seats and is the size and shape of a standard rocker switch.

Nice grab! If you don't mind me asking, how much did the Corbeaus set you back?

$200 for the pair. the driver is the only one with the rip in the bolster. Passenger is pretty clean. The fading seems to be a little exaggerated in the picture. They are definitely an older set but seem to have rather low usage. They are on Mustang rails, I going to see how far off they are. Hopefully with a little tweaking I can get them to work. Worst case Corbeau sells the G-body rails for $140.
Over all killer price. Super Happy with them. These or Recaro LX are my favorite seats.

That's a great price, I would've bought them too, and I kind of hoped the fading wasn't as bad in person since it rarely is. I'm in total agreement about seats: Recaro and Corbeau are some of if not my top 2 favorites.
