the last picture is the worst spot, there are a few pin holes in it. The rest appears to be surface rust.

Thanks for the pics 79 GP 4 speed. Sorry for the delayed response. Been out of commission dealing with an injury. Looks pretty decent but I'll have to hold off for now. Injury costs killed my budget. I'll reach out in a couple weeks when I'm healed up and I can get the mounts off the 301. I'll send those to you for the shipping cost if you want them. Sadly the Pontiac 400 she deserves will have to remain a dream. With the money and time spent on the conversion plus the prevalence of Chevy parts, probably wouldn't be worth it for me.

Sorry to hear about your injury. I don't plan on that fender going anywhere so when you're ready let me know if you are still interested.

Hey all. It's been a while. I pretty much have just hit roadblock after roadblock since I pulled her out of the garage. Thankfully nothing with the car itself, just a lot of other random life BS. Anyhow, I wanted to give a quick update. Finally running and back in her parking spot. Still need to do some fine tuning, but she rolls and sounds pretty good. Started with the body work. It felt quite surreal to start her up after over 20 years.

79 GP 4 speed, I completely forgot to get the mounts off the 301 before it went to scrap. Sorry about that.
