    All polished up

Thanks. All stock running gear. 3.8L/metric 200/ and who knows what rear end. No hotrod, just a nice daily driver that's easy on gas. I just changed the pin-stripe last night. Didn't like the light blue one on it. I'm a huge Michigan Wolverine fan, so the color choice is obvious. :D

    81 Bu Classic

been researching this a bit....the 90 degree V6 started out as a 200, then 229, then ending up at 262. It's the same 90 degree block as the V8's just minus two cylinders (which we already know). Now the other V6 (60 degree) is a completely different animal altogether. Nothing interchanges...

    81 Bu Classic

I really like the wagon, but the coupe does have some nice simple lines on it, really like the Elky's too. Had a 85 GMC Caballero...should not have sold it. This is going to be my daily driver, so comfort, reliability, and getting that "right" look/stance is the goal. Will have a few...

    81 Bu Classic

I just picked this up. All original 1 owner car. Literally a little old ladies car. 108K on it. Been babied it's entire life. I expect to replace all the rubber stuff, but what a great find and the best part...$2500!!!!!!!!! I was looking for a wagon, and had one lined up, but the jerk...

    Getting that "right" stance

I agree. The lower profile tires will also make it a bit rougher.

    Getting that "right" stance

Hey All, I just purchased a sweet 81 2 dr malibu. The car is all original, and in fantastic shape. I can't wait to dig into it and put my stamp on it. I want to put on some smoothies and low profile tires, but I want to make sure I get the proper offset on them to ensure they don't stick...
