it has a brand new fuel filter in the carb if i have a rubber fuel line from the pump to the carb would that cause it?

if i stomp on it i does it only at high speeds and when its cold but just givin a little gas it does all that stuff too

when driving my 82 elco it does fine in town but when i get out on the freeway it cuts out, wont shift out of second, backfires, sounds like it isnt getting any gas and runs flat out horrible. does any one kno what this could be ? my other car is in the shop so i need this so can any one help me...

ive heard about people useing seafoam in old v8s and it ruining them. ive been wanting to use it on my 82 elco with a 305 and was wondering if its safe for it. there are no mods to the engine but the exhaust is a true dual with no cats would that matter. thanks for the help

in my 82 elco all the letters and numbers are worn off on the fuse box so i dont know what one is what or what size of fuse to put in. so if anyone has a pic that would be great. thanks

it would be for my elco that has a bench seat so it wouldnt be that big just enough for a clean look im not sure how i would keep it on there with out it moving tho or if i was to put in bucke seats id have it go all the way back with a sub in the center between the seats, id have to go look at...

from what i understand you can do it both ways but im not sure, the way i want to do it is the "old school" way i think it would be alot simpler

ive been told that you can take a 305 and have it bored out to a 327 or a 350. is that true ans if it is how reliable and strong is it and how much would it cost? and would the stock inside take a crank,cam,rods,pistons, and etc from a 327 or 350 any help would be great thanks.
