Most all car have a 48 state emission equipment of some kind, it depends on where the car was made to what state. So if I found a car from Texas it would have to have all of Texas emission on it and pass tail pipe sniffer to registered here.

Thanks You would think, But some the ones I've looked at are in bad shape or they wont pass our smog laws. I would like to find one that I can start some what fresh and being said In know it is going to be to find.
