i have taken the switch out of the 86s column because the wires were different on the donor column so that's not it chances are my switch is probably dead I've kinda exhausted all other possibilities now i guess the switch is just dead

Im using the original wiperswitch so i dont think that thats the problem

no the black knob turns it just doesnt do anything the silver knob will operate the wipers manually though

i just recently did a column swap into my regal now the wipers dont work they only work when you use the wiper fluid i changed the switch and still it doesnt work any ideas i need to get this thing road worthy!

Problem solved was a pinched wire

In my 86 regal i've got the following setup a rockford t15002 (1500 watt amp) powering 2 12 inch diamond audio M6's,alpine 6x9's in the rear deck, pioneer 3.5 in the dash (they are junk don't buy them) and for the headunit ive got a pioneer avh-p5700dvd (touchscreen dvd goodnes)

ive found a slight drain in my cigarette lighter circuit but im unable to pinpoint which accessory hooked to it is causing the problem but the fuse was blown so its not the drain i was looking for
