15x10 rim widest tires ????'s

So just the rim or along will be two and a half inches on the tape measure outside the fender well

With the 3.5" backspace it will push the 10" rim out 2" from where my rim with 5.5" of B.S. is plus the added width of the 10" rim you would be looking at where 2-1/2" on my tape measure. I don't know if the Malibu wheel well is any wider or narrower than my Monte but this will give you an idea.

Not sure about the back rim width , but on the front 8'' rims with 235,s scrub when turning sharp or going over rough roads . I was told 215,s were max on 8'' rims on front of stock suspension. Generally speaking 8'' use 215 - 245. 10'' rim 255-285 , but you can get by with one or two sizes up or down
