So I got the intake off and looks like two of the coolant ports have been leaking one of the Mondello gaskets split in between layers and the Mondello exhaust block off plates didn’t blow through but did bake and burn holes through the gasket. Haven’t checked yet if the intake is straight still cleaning things up
Removed the water pump and found that the lower water pump bolt into the timing cover had oil in it and it looks like some oil cane out of the bolt hole so I guess that bolt will be getting Teflon tape. So far nothing terrible
When I replace my valve cover gaskets anything I should check for besides visually obvious things in the head?
