Im glad you're getting it up and going again Saint, can't wait to hear the difference with the od.
Update trans; so i showed up today at trans shop out of no wear and the Bu was off the lift and turned on, i guess it was test drive time... He waved at me and took off, mins later i seen his crew will a bottle of trans fluidd and tools and they were on There way!! I got concerned and asked another coworker what was wrong and he said there was a leak.. 
10 mins later he pulls up and trans fluid dripping under the Bu, he told me since they had to modify the trans cooler lines that it came loose or wasent tight enough and started to leak alot!!
I didnt take the malibu home since he wanted to inspect it tomorrow morning and fix the trans cooler line problem..i told him to take his time no hurry.. Want it done right!!
But he did say that the transmission was ALL GOOD AND SHIFTED PERFECT
he told me that he wanted to fix the leak and retest drive it to make sure the TV cable was working, becuase the line was too short and he had to extend it, and if that didnt feel good then he would replace it with a new one.. He asured me it was a little fix and not to worry.. Tomorrow 9:30am should be ready to roll... Stay tuned...

make sure you get the holley carb geometry corrector for tv cable or you will ruin that trans fast. It wont work how it is suppose to without it. I know they keep telling you they will make it work but I don't trust nobody

Yes yes!! That was his main concern the TV cable.. He wanted to make sure it shifted correctly and wanted to make sure the TV cable was doing it job... That was the last thing he mentioned the cable.. But he wanted to test it correctly once the leak was taken care of... Good looking... Makin sure to ask before i pick up 🙂

Well shes back home!! And WOWWOWOW that transmission shifts super clean!! totally different than the 350 trans, BIG TIME!! :shock: feels so much tighter and shifts perfect.
There only thing that concerned me,was the TV Cable Bracket...They really micky moused it and added a metal wire with a snap cap to make it work, and thats a big no no
I guess the Th350 bracket is to far back and the 200r4 tv cable ran short and they extended it...they thought i wasent going to see it but i did :evil: but over all they did an amazing job and got the job done 😀
im ordering the tv decent bracket off Summit Racing for the pro comp throttle bracket application that i have to make it easy..Well tomorrows long beach high performance swapmeet, and i know they sell those pro comp brackets, maybe i can find the tv lower bracket there if not Summit is where im getting it.. thanks to Elko Warren again for the bracket info and Richp85elco for the bracket info too, they both warned me to not drive the Bu in that condition with the tv cable all mickey moused, to get the correct bracket for it, then to start hitting them streets...
