Well out with the Edelbrock 600cfm in with the new "Holley Performance 600 CFM carb"!!! That edelbrock was just not doing the trick for me!! I didnt have a problem with the one i had in my elko, but this one idk just wasent feeling it..it was rebuilt and runs smooth, but something about it just wasent feeling it... So i went to Alfa Carburators, and they sell high performance carbs all beefed up! They sell there carbs at Pomona and Long Beach Swapmeet and i remembered i had there card in my truck...I sold my edelbock on CL for $140.00 in one day... and got the holley for $165 and just paid a $25.00 difference!! 😀 he gave me 6 mths warrenty, and told me welcome to the HOLLEY CLUB   Once you go holley u wont go back....told me edelbrock was a piece of junk!! i see why know :blam: Cant wait to install...he gave me all that i needed including new gaskets....

Had an ELDERbrock on my last work truck. They seemed ok years ago, but I think it's these damn ethanol gas blends :wtf: that are causing the metering rods(moving parts) to gum up & lower performance. Holley don't use no such thing, definitely worth a try.
