Got the 275 radials fitted. Rubs on the frame and on the wheel lip. So, Ill narrow the frame in as far as I can (at least flush with the inner wheel tub) and probably trim off the lip instead of rolling it. Anyways, she looks sweet!! Man its good to see some tire under there!!

Your malibu looks great with that wheel and tire combo. What was your intention for making the adjustable control arms, street use or drag racing?

Its a street/strip car, and thank you!

The adjustable control arms are more for making sure that it hooks at the strip. Its important that I be able to mess around and get my instant center and anti squat correct.

Alright! Got the front wheels ordered tonight. Also got the passenger rear wheel in there and the lip trimmed. Rear is not centered in the car at all by the amount of space I had on the passenger side (same amount cut from the lip).

I also got some other goodies. A set of front and rear Afco double adjustable coil overs 🙂

Little sneak peak of hopefully what it will look like when done. Just did a section of the deck lid. DA'd it with 1500 trizact, then 3000 trizact, then 5000 trizact, then hit it wuick with menzurna FG400 followed by menzurna FS4000. Not half bad!!

Got the front wheels on tonight and cut the old factory rear springs just so it was not setting on blocks anymore and I could move it around. Front is just propped up with a 2x4 between the a arm and frame. But it looks awesome! have to try and figure out how Im going to get this all to work with my front Afco's. Its pretty low and currently it would be setting on the bump stop of the shock at this height. So, may have to change the way I mount the lower arm and also modify the front upper mount on the frame side. Or, could get a 2 inch drop spindle and that would help out a little bit. Just not sure which way I want to go yet here.

The rear tires were a little low in the pics, I put air in them and it now has a slight forward rake.

We went and picked the hood up today. All I can say is Glasstek is hands down the best fitment hood I have seen to date.
