Alright, Iceman core support arrived today and got it put in tonight a few minutes ago. Need to get 4 Dzus tabs for the front of the hood and we are good to go!

Had a very nice day today weather wise, so took the night off work. Decided to work in the garage all day with the doors open. Here is what I got done:

And the frame was not half bad either. Front mounts are a bit scaled, but not bad overall!

Well, a new toy arrived today!! Cant wait to skill up on this baby!!

Its been a while since I did anything to the car. So.....decided to get down after work and get the base on the car. Its now 4am and its complete. Three medium coats and a "drop coat" to even all the metallic. Only one spot that gave me much issue and that was the passenger side door. No matter what I did I could not get the metallic to lay the same. Oh well. No show car here! Perfect? Not even close. Good enough for a first paint job? I think so! Tomorrow I will attempt to shoot it all in clear. That will be the true tell all!!

And got up early today and got the clear shot on it. Not perfect by any means, have some runs and some orange peel on the deck lid. Also had a couple water spit spots on the roof and the deck lid as well. I had two water traps setup, but apparently they did not stop it all. Along with quite a few dirt nibs. We will see what the wet sanding and buffing does for it. Not bad for a first time paint job I guess.
