I put the exhaust on and fired it back up today to try and warm it up and get it to idle. I couldn't get it to idle and couldnt check timing cuz I was alone.
Then my return line split and dump 3 gallons of e85 on the floor, so I'm dead in the water

What are you using for lines? The return shouldn't be under any crazy pressure. Better to happen now I guess (??)

Sounds like your IAC is unplugged. How's the tune in the computer setup for idle speed?
I think it might be a timing problem. We set the timing at the dyno using their msd box, not sure what the timing is now, need to have my friend come over and give me a hand. Apparently going from digital boxes to analog boxes and vice versa can change timing. Need to get my fuel hose first

Turns out the dynos analog ignition box was about 6-7 more advanced than my digital box.
