Hello everybody, I just purchased a 84 regal for 300. It had a blown 307 in it when I got it, no transmission seats are in great shape just need cleaning up. The steering column was broke and they put a half *ss job floor shifter in it but all that will be replaced. The heater core is blown along with the Ac. The Driver door doesnt shut, neither does the trunk. And the rear seat floor pans has rusted to sh** from the rear window not being installed correctly. Along with a few other problems I can say this is going to be my biggest project yet, I come from the honda 90-93 generation but wrecked my car and decided to start on something new.

Repairs:
-Rust
-Trunk Lock
-Ac/Heat Cluster
-Door Locks
-Floor Pans
-Engine Harness
-Front clip
-Tail light
-Windshield
-Rear glass

My Future Plans for it are:
-69-80 Chevy Impala Turbo Fire 350
-700r4 transmission
-Grand National Hood
-Black Paint Job
-20% Window Tint
-B&M Floor Shifter
-Black Carpet
-Custom Steering Wheel
-New Dash Assembly
-New Headlights
-After Market Gauges
-New Suspension components
-New Gauge Cluster
-$200 Alarm system
-VHt Tail-lights
-6000k H.I.d Lighting System
-Lamborghini Doors

Ill be updating this thread as my build goes on and hopefully one day people will look at and be like, "Wow, you cant even recognize that Regal" - :D Enjoy.

Ontario, Canada eh!
Dude, I think the destruction "began" long before you got it on the concrete LOL! I cringe looking at all these "before" pictures only because mine was like that, I had to use 2 cars and make them into one, so it was a lot of work, and time estimates doubled, then tripled, then well, you get the idea. Same for money! But it's a great project! You're already make great progress! Congrats on the purchase.

Congrats on your purchase! It's good to see another G-body being saved from rotting away.I can definitely identify with the condition of that car, mine was not much different.(see my album photos.) These are great pics for you to look back on as you progress in your build.Keep us updated!
