Well, I thought my carb was tuned right until I took my parrot out there and no matter how much I screamed and threatened it, it absolutely refused to suck it’s eyes out! Back to the drawing board!

What is it doing? Or not doing that it should be? No guarantees I can help, but collectively I'm thinking the group as a whole can come up with something.
