That turbo has either a T4 or T6 flange on it. You would theoretically have a v-band to T4/T6 flange adapter in the box with the headers if it came as a kit from eBay. Your best bet is to find a nice working hotair 84-85 turbo or have yours rebuilt because that car looks to nice to chop up with eBay junk.

Good score, you should be proud!

The more I look at those headers, the less sense they make. The bolt holes make no sense. The V-band clamp location makes no sense. No way would those headers work for an '85 because they appear to put the turbo where the A/C compressor currently resides.

Bob, the lower might work, but an upper '86-87 hose doesn't know how to deal with the '85's clutching-fan fan shroud, since the 86-87 used an electric fan. If he converts to Electric fan(s), it might work.

I would sell those headers and turbo. Then use the money to fix the original parts. For the turbo check with Bison on Turbo Buick Forum. He is the turbo man! In order to use the new headers and turbo you have to convert the hole front of the engine to a 86,87 style engine. Some of the Ebay stuff doesn't fit very good and will need some tweeking. Good luck with your new toy!

A lot of discussion about e-bay headers like these on www.turboregal.com in the Hot Air section. People there say they had to do a lot of modification to make them fit and work.
