Just got the car home and gave it a bath. Will get some more pics in the light and see what im working with. Looks good so far.
is there a center console with the car?
I would have paid 800 for that without thinking twice. me personally would be dropping a LS 5.3 with a 4L60E for a budget fuel efficient power plant with plenty of power but that's me. I am not a purest and like fuel injection. I am dropping a 350 ram jet crate long block with a holley stealth ram intake into my 86 442. good score!
I will try to get more pics this weekend. Its dark when i leave and come home from work. For right now i wanna get the car back on the road at least by spring. I have a mildly built carburated lt1 for now. I figure 300+ hp will do for now. Im also gonna get a built 700r4 with a 2500 stall. I do want to do a 5.3 swap when money allows.
Here are a few more pics I took today. cleaned up the monte ss wheels. Gonna run them for now till I can find a nice set of stock 442 wheels.
Forgot to mension he threw in a 87 120 mph gauge cluster. It also has eibach lowering springs and kyb shocks.
