Just picked up new tie rod ends, center link, and drag link, getting everything ready for powder coat to hopefully take this week. Parts include rear end housing, brake components, inner fender panels, and core support. Going to experiment with having the windshield wiper arms coated and see how they turn out. Lots of this car is going to be done that way just simply because it looks amazing and lasts forever

Looks like a pretty awesome build man! From one 87 cutlass guy doing a bolt and nut resto to another....ive almost everything so far and the suspension stuff makes a world of difference! The little bit i got to test drive mine last year before the engine died i was super pleased how flat it was in the turns....even with stock wheels and bfg radials! I'm definitely gonna follow your build!
Scott.

I got some parts back from the powder coater and couldn't be more happy, everything came back looking amazing. Here are some before and after pictures. Included is the core support, inner fender panels, hood hinges, The engine pulleys and brackets for my 455 as well as the oil filter housing. Few other odds and ends in there all look great

Major progress on my cutlass pulled the frame to get it ready for the frame boxing and powdercoat, my son helped me take all the fuel and brake lines off of the car

So any opinion is wanted, when I take the body to paint im really thinking about having it done all black with the 442 striping and decals. I like how the 442s look however I just don't like the silver on the bottom all that much. So imagine a 442 just all black and with black bumpers instead of silver. What do you guys think?

You have Olds power and have improved the handling a bunch. Sounds like a 442 to me. Completely blacked out with 442 decals and stripes will look awesome.

I think it would look good all black, considering my 87 was black. Question....what's your plan on the window trim? Do you plan on leaving it shiny? The GN's have all black trim, bumpers, etc. Mine before going in for body and paint....
