Idk how I missed this when you were first building the car. Well I'm another teenager (19 for a little while longer) with a g body. I picked up my cutlass for $500 when I was 13 and have been playing with it ever since. Cool car, and nice progress with it. Seems to fight you every step of the way, breaking everything it can. Boy do I know that feeling. Anyway, nice to see other kids with g bodies, not rice or mommy and daddy bought brand new cars.

thaanks man, yea i love my cutlass, she was my dd for a while then i started pulling engines, as soon as I finish this one I'm driving it everywhere, I miss driving it so much. And the cutlass has taught me a lot and I don't mind fixing it at any more at this point, I actually kindof enjoy it.

I'm addicted to cutlass's! I want to get this 81 cutlass wagon i found, plasti-dip it flat white, black out the windows, flat black rims, throw some heavier springs on it and put some 30"all terrains on it, and make a custom snowboard roof rack and it shall be mysmowboard/ski trip cruiser

Next project for sure!

 Well, if you're going that extreme and it's for snow, might as well throw in a modified S-10 AWD chassis. Don't forget the over-sized mudflaps.
Some one did it. ..We're just not sure how.... The thread went downhill pretty fast after a little while:

that'd be such a kick *ss project, but I don't have the resources to embark on an adventure of such caliber right now lol, I'd love to do that in the future though, it would be insane

Yea dude. Whoever had that work done was loaded.

for sure, but I'm confidently going to be obtaining an 85 El Camino, it is the same color interior and exterior as my cutlass and i think its a perfect addition to my ever growing collection. only down fall is that it has a fuel injected 4.3l v6 in it, which optimistically will work well for fuel economy in college seeing as to the fact its going to be my daily driver till the engine for the cutlass is done, then I'll throw something bigger in it after. will post pictures after I pick it up monday
