Put my seats in and laid the console in today
 
Leave the column shifter in place and flip your passenger's mind when you put it in gear with the floor shifter...
 
Very clean looking swap. No clearance issues with the truck front accessories? What trans are you running?
Only issue was the alternator sat up high but luckily i had the cowl hood and had to trim a bit of the under side not much and i am run a th350 trans

Well took the car down the road for its first actuall test drive and trans wont shift outta 1st it has new modulator vacum is hooked up i pulled the governed out and checked that as well so not sure what else to look for
 
Man I havent been on here for a while and you have made alot of progress.. That is pretty good work you have done to it so far. What did you have in mind for your rear end?

Would like to get a 12 bolt from a 64-67 chevelle or a grand national but i would settle for a 3.73 posi from a SS mine wasnt factory posi car plus when i bought itvthe rear end was toast has a really tall one legger
 
Finally got it to shift pulled the governor out and cleaned it with brake clean really good threw it in and took it for a test and it shifted but i feel like it only has 1st and 2nd ran outta time had to get ready for work so may b tomorrow ill mess with it some more i did notice the dluid looked kinda dark im sure thats not a good sign so i might drop the pan and change the filter out again
