2004r to th400 what all is needed

I have ran a few 400 turbo's and I have never actually seen a yoke that bolted on like that, all of mine looked like this.
The center was either fully closed or would have a small hole and they always used a press fit u-joint.

I think the yoke you have is a bolt on only design which I think might be for truck applications you would need a slip yoke like the picture I posted earlier
 
Looks to me like you have a yoke from a rear axle. Are you sure someone didn't have that in the end of the transmission to protect it while it was laying around?
