There will be 5 in my group. I should be in KC by 1 on Saturday if all goes well. We have this forum, we should be able to find each other. We usually park away from the cars if we can.

Started in k.c. made it newton and heading to quad cities. Having a blast. Made the power tour web site.

I think I saw your monte lol

Well I made it to Newton Sunday and home again. I was a little worried about driving 75 at 2700 rpm for a hour and a half. Found my engine likes more rpm. Had a few glitches but went ok. First my vents will not stay blowing air through the dash. Switches to the floor from lack of vacuum at the higher rpm. So no ac. When I got to the show there was a line of cars to get in the parking lot for registration. My car started over heating. Found my two breaker for the electric fans went bad and fans were not working. Jumped the brakers and got my fans working. Then my starter will not start when the engine is hot. Not sure yet if it is the starter or the fans pulling too much juice. Starts fine when the fans are not running. I got to the show and entered it to get it plastered in dust inside and out ,and a tin license plate for 60 bucks, awsome! There were only three food vendors. Ready to rape you of your money. I ran out of water and had to buy a bottle for 4 bucks! The amount and diversity of cars was unreal. If you like cars there was a car there you would be interested in! Good people too. I got kind of sick of the new Comaros and Chargers though. All in all I had a good time.

So you did go? You should have said something I was the loan ranger.
I didn't bring my Regal, and I wasn't gonna go until my dad and little brother was dead set on going. We decided we were gonna go on Saturday afternoon to Newton. I saw the car as I was leaving but didn't see anyone around it, or anyone that looked like they were the owner. Plus, we were burnt and tired. I passed out as soon as I got to the car. Did you go up to the top of the stands? It was so windy up there, a 6ft1 220lb guy such as myself could get blown off (heh) if I wasn't gripping the railing for dear life.
