The seats come deleted, $1 each to buy them back. This is a very desireable concept - Hellcats just became really affordable.

Is the drive train and technology awesome...absolutely

But I am tired of them using the same body over and over again and just changing the name.

At least in the 60's & 70's they had different body styles.

What r they up to 6 different Challengers and or Chargers now?

To be fair look at the number of cars in the 80s and 90s that went for 8-10 years with minor changes to the model. It isn't cost effective to pump out and support a "new model" every 3-5 years. This is also why they are going to shared global platforms. I think platform refinement and enhancement over a decade or three is acceptable.

I bet there are more 60's and 70's on the road today than there will be of these things in 40 years...and I don't care how fast they make them, they will never be a match to the old Cuda's with a 440 and 4 speed stick...

The other thing is if I had the money to buy one of those, I would rather use that money to build me a car.

The old ones are very cool. The Hemi cars were huge money for their day. Have you drove a new style Challenger? My SE would waste any stock old Challenger on a road course, period. Guys give my wife flack for it not being a Hemi and a hell of a lot better than the Slant 6 or 318 cars back in the day. It should 15's in the 1/4, is awesome on the highway and gets 32 mpg imperial loaded with luggage and 5 people.

I'm not impressed with anything people can buy. The speed of the new cars don't impress me and I don't like the look of them. I do not like the raised sheet metal on the sides to make it look like a chopped roof. I have driven a new Camaro and I was glad to get out of it. That thing has so many blind spots it should be sold with a white cane.

The Camaro was horrible looking but slowly getting less ugly. The only blind spot in the Challenger is the side pillar, lane changing can be interesting. I just like a new car that isn't horribly ugly and reliable for my Wife. The awd GT has a few more creature comforts and awd, pay down some bills and have 2. I love my 70S and it will go everywhere but I carry a trunk full of parts because parts are either custom or not on shelf anywhere anymore.
