E85 limited availability in your land?

I've never seen 93 at the pump that's not 91 with a splash of E10 actually.

Zero E85.

I went from having access to 94 at the pump to utter garbage. To be fair I run the TBSS and Monte on 91 with propane or methanol injection without an issue.

Like the other cars my plan is to run ethanol-free 91 (if I can find it) and supplement it with methanol. The HCs use widebands for close loop correction so I can spray whatever I want in. Unfortunately, they don't use lambda or EQs to target air/fuel mixtures... they use a weird stoichiometric number of 13.85:1 to account for ethanol-blended gasoline.

More on that here:

If it worked on lambda-proper I'd just load the gas tank with E20-30 and let the trims adjust. After talking with a capable Dodge tuner it was determined that it wouldn't work as desired.

Spring is coming, gas prices are insane. One of the biggest issues since moving to Saskatchewan is the best gas at the pump is 91. First time in my life I was limited to crap at the pump. I was going back and forth between using propane or alcohol injection. The pros and cons of each are very well known to me. But, for a positive displacement blower on an engine that has very temperature sensitive programing water/methanol made the best sense.

I am basing the kit off of a used Snow Performance (BRD-310) kit with braided stainless lines and a dual stage progressive controller (which is activated by boost and/or injector duty cycle (IDC)). The challenge is that there is no boost provision in the supercharger (without making holes) and reading IDC means cutting wires both are not good for my warranty. So I will be making a boost reference adapter to mount to the lid, and I will be making an interface out of a EV6 harness extender. Also I have a 24" long harness coming to move the IAT sensor out of the intake elbow and into the factory air box. This will give me at least one port to inject from.

I bought another 10' of -4 AN line and fittings to better fit the system to the car, and I may make a larger tank to mount in the spare tire well.
Warranty?

Calgary is the closest E85 pump. Unless you pay for the race E85 stuff that's 4 times the price.

I would offer to smuggle but if Mike was as much of a hustler as I suspect, he will make friends with a grain farmer and get it directly from the grower... plus diesel is getting too pricey...

I know our 91 from Coop is Ethanol free as is most others in Saskatchewan. We move a lot of Premium at our pumps and what we haul from the Cardlock. My understanding was the regular took the ethanol hit for now, all regular has 10 percent in Saskatchewan. That may change in the next few years. Yeah, it sucks, there is no 94 anywhere around here. The Petro Canada in Yorkton did have it, then changed to 91, must not have been enough demand or a supply issue.

Bought four gallons of pure meth today. Felt like Walter White...

Hopefully enough to mix 50/50 for the rest of the season.
