Did you say 'on drag'???

I believe ru paul would be proud of it if it looks like this one.....

Hmm...

Well the car feels noticeably lighter now. Duh? Almost like it is missing a door. And it is a whole lot louder... I mean like stupid loud at WOT. And yes, it reverberates at speed because of the turn downs.

I am looking forward to getting the rest of the exhaust back on. Regardless, this project has been an incredible challenge and a very satisfying process.

EDIT: Sorry no Go Pro footage... it flew off the car at the last autocross and broke the case.

Here's an interesting little indication that the suspension controller works (see quoted post attachment above):

Stock exhaust is 55lbs. Aluminum saves 18.29lbs street, and 33lbs race respectively.

And to compensate for the weight loss I lowered the back a smidgen by taking out the lower spring isolators and slipping on some heater hose. I may go back in and pull the upper one out too... There is a 3/4" difference front to rear - and I would like to see some more weight shift to the rear.

Had the equivalent of a shower thought and figured this would be good information for anyone looking at building their own things out of aluminum (or other exotic materials):

Aluminum Alloy - 606113.0

Mild steel5.9

Stainless Steel - S30400, S305009.6
