Personally, I think it would look better with the red hood and black scoop. But still, it's cool!

You can get that colour combo on other versions. I believe these anniversary editions are the first to have a body coloured Shaker scoop on a Scat Pack... at least you could in 2019 narrowbody anyway.

So before taking the family for a cruise through our beautiful rural area I had one last problem (that I caused) to solve. The pisser crossover was dangling in the breeze after I pulled the hood liner. So, I made a little tag(?) out of some vinyl to hang it. The Demon has two supports built in.

And yes, with that pad gone the blower whine is more pronounced. Tee hee.

I just saw this story today.
Is this guy one of your Ottawa area acquaintances?
I wonder if he bought the cheaper W rated tires.

No, that donkey isn't a friend of mine. And never will be. That MFer pulled those hijinks in my backyard and just made owning a HC in the area just that much harder.

Looks like I might get 6 months of service life from the wrap. Seems that wrapping textured plastic is very failure prone (not a surprise) due to reduced/awkward surface contact. Nice to see that sometimes it just isn't worth the effort to sweat the details to get a functional result - especially with a temporary solution.

The OPP and I have a sorted history, most of which I have left far behind me. Other than respecting the work they do - no, I am not down with OPP. 😉
