The block numbers won't tell you if it has been bored or stroked, only what it started out as.I guess I need to find the #s on the block.

Engines are typically always called what their final cubic inches are, you can buy a 355 or a stroker 383 already built but they both will typically use the same block, plus when you do aftermarket stuff you buy a bare block and then bore and stroke it to your needs.Right .But they don't make a 355?
