You guys are way too fancy. I unplugged the MAP sensor on the brake booster, it never goes into 4cyl mode now (the Envoy).

I've never got a motor without the cam and DOD lifters being shot. And none of mine have said plug.

Weird. This is on an Envoy. I snagged mine with 63k on the clock and a quiet valvetrain. I always keep an ear open because I know it can screw me whenever it wants to.
