Very, very clean car! Everything goes together like it came from the factory. Love the shaker hood & hood tach. Gotta be the only g-body in the world with a hood tach.Man, I am super excited about winning this! Thanks so much for all of the nice compliments! I have spent a lot of time, money and thought on exactly what I wanted to put together and so far I am really pleased with the results. Of course there’s always more things that you want to do when building a car and there’s definitely a few more things I want to add to this one… With time…
Congrats! Love that shaker
What wheels size?Congrats! Love that shaker
What an excellent job!!!Thanks! Good luck on your ‘78!
My paint is original except for the hood and the bumper fillers.
The wheels are Year One 17 inch replicas. Nitto 245/45r17 on 9 inch wide wheels 5inch backspace for fronts. Rears were Nitto drag radials 315/35 r17 on 10.5 inch wide wheels 5 3/4 inch back spacing. The back wheels were a one off custom made to fit but had a bad balance issue plus they rubbed. so I went to Year One wheels on the back also, 275/40 r17 for the back on 9 inch wide rims. Fits great!
