thanks!Monte looks like a pretty solid starting point! Will be watching for updates!
Appearantly 🙂 This one's from Switserland where they don't use salt on the roads and I think it has been stored indoor for most of its life.Apparently we now have to go half way across the world to get a decent condition rust free GBody now.

Less than $4000, it was a steal compared to the prices here but it was at a BMW car dealership that really wanted it out of their showroom 😉Yeah, but what'd he pay for it?![]()
Thanks, wil check it out. The paint is not the problem (we sell plenty 😛) it's more the parts. Been looking for these covers for quite a while..Very nice start! I use you r technique when doing a project as well, and assembly goes so much faster.
For my B-pillar trim, I bought a gray set off another member, and dyed them light blue with the paint Dixie offers. I used several coats, since it's in an area that is easy to scratch. Check the sponsor's area for their information.
I believe those are called seatbelt actuators, and yep they break. I have good condition units for both sides, but not sure what it would cost to ship to Europe.messed around with the monte some more today

Anyone know an address that will ship to Europe? Or another way to replace/rebuild these?
last question of the day 🙂 What is this thing called?

It sits in the B pillar activating the seatbelt when the door is closed.
