Dad got this over the summer as a project car. It currently has a 350, Turbo 350 trans, B&M shifter, 16" rear tires, 4 or 6" fronts, Magnaflow exhaust, and a Ford 9" rear and I believe a 4:11 gear ratio. It can scoot with the 350, but now there's a 496 big block on deck for it. For the most part, the body is done and the interior may need minor TLC. Credit to QS442 for front belts and O.D. Showtime for the torx bolts. With the warm weather, I got those belts in and took it out and about. Here's some pics and then I'll snag some when we do the engine swap.

Knock the rivet out of the top part of the hinge and add ball-stud. Replace the forward hood hinge to fender bolt with a ball stud. Works perfect.

The pic has the part numbers, it's like a Chrysler Sebring trunk support and the other is the ball studs.

Bingo!!! Thats what i did to my cutlass. Works like a charm! I had my brother n law weld the upper stud mount to the hinge, cleaned the welds...looks like a one piece hinge. Overkill, but I'm building a custom.
