84 Monte SS Build Thread - Air Ride, 18/20's, shaved

I went to a mini high torque starter and it started great, but now I've had 2 bad ones due to defects, missed the first show I would have been able to take it to since I've owned it, because the starter went again this morning. Just FYI, it's the proform parts 66256 and it ends up shorting internally and stays energized as long as power is hooked up to it. I made a gauge panel until I get a chance to do the whole dash.

niCE 8) you better build a trophy case,as theyll be piling up! :wink: funny,i was gonna post todays work on another SS( i now have 6 ,and they will ALL recieve that shaved treatment )i just aquired through a trade,in your thread,gotta love 0.23 and evercoat metal2metal 😀 (just so much cleaner this way!!!), i dont run the front bottom spoiler on any of mine(just dont like how they look,i think it flows evenly with the rear without it),thats why the templates are shorter.LOVE the updates/progreSS!!!

Cool looks good. And yeah I agree the valance is lower than the rest of the car, and there is now side skirt that doesn't look like it is straight out of the 80's.
Laying some color on mine within the next week, can't wait

Got it jambed, can't do the firewall until I pull the motor after the summer but still a vast improvement. Hoping to lay the color this week

nice ride, don't know if your fire wall is done or not, but I built a piece over the top to make it more of a factory look,

I have to finish shaving it, I'll just powder coat the panel, and paint the rest black. I'm going to do a new harness as well.

Yeah I made one as well, just not on yet, just finished painting it.
