Tough to say but no corrosion bumps their price a lot.

The BIG risk on the SSIIIs is there were SO many that are just junk. Don't know who made these for GM but GM got screwed. Was always fighting a balance problem with mine from day one. Finally got my cousin to balance them on the car and it was better. But after the factory tires were toast at only 24K, the new tires were harder compound and would NOT balance at all. And yes, tried both the center vs lugged mounted. You can raise the car off the ground in back, put them on two at a time, put the car in gear, and watch them hop around as they spin slowly. So, still available through parts back then, I bought a whole new set [was not past 36K but was past 3 years] and I ended up finding 4 "usable" ones out of 8. I have since sold the 2 best of the 4 worst ones [practically gave them away]. Won't sell the 2 worst just because they're junk . . . even though they don't hardly have a scratch on them.

So, I would advise a pre-spin before spending any "noticeable" amount for them. You could get lucky . . .

Must have been all that monstrous torque created by that 307 that was trying to twist the centers out of these wheels.

I am getting a lot of request asking if i want to sell these wheels. I think for right now i am going to put them on my 79 cutlass. If i don't like them on there i will try to sell them locally so whoever buys them can check them out first.
