I understand the need for the brackets when upgrading to C5 calipers in conjunction with the larger rotors. I will be running 15" wheels so I purchased the 11" blazer rotors to go with the hubs and spindles I have. I just wanted to know if I was relegated to using the stock blazer calipers with those rotors or if the camaro ls1 calipers were a bolt-on upgrade?

I understand I may be going to the salvage yard I am going to look out for a ls1 caliper, pick it up and mock it with my spare zq8 spindles that are going on my Cutty.

Ok you will have to let me know. I was thinking of trying the same thing but you will most likely get to it before I do.

Installed the new manual steering box and jeep intermediate shaft. Pretty easy with no engine in the car.

Picked up some shocks off of craigslist also. Summit, three way adj. drag shocks. Brand new in the box and plastic wrapped. All hardware included too. $50 for everything. A guy had them sitting in his garage. Sold the malibu he bought them for.

Bought a used Aeromotive 150 gph fuel pump off of ebay for a decent price and ordered a custom grind cam from Cam Motion. Getting closer...

Looks good so far. Can I ask about the manual disk brake setup? I did do some research on it but now you are using different disk brakes in the front
how do you know what m/c to use?
will you stay with drums in the rear or disk?
did you buy the kit or make it up? I know I can make the plate but I would need the numbers to make the push rod setup.

Are you doing the cage your self? And are you tying it to the car frame?
will you be boxing the frame since you are drag racing it?

Por15 is easy to use and I like it. Just follow the instructions and it will be fine. I would like to note that any frame mods you do make sure you wait the coat the chassis. And I have soaked a few rags with a heavy cord thru the center of them and pulled it thru a few times to coat it the best I could.
