Its starting to look like a car again.

What is your plan in regards to what cam you're going to run?

Thanks. The engine is at my uncle's machine shop now. I ordered the motor mounts along with some other things. Debating on whether to get the rearend or trans next. Kind of wanting to wait on the trans in case I find a 4l80e for a decent price, something comparable to what th400's go for. If I don't find one I'm sure I'll still be happy with a Th400.

Full manual transbrake 4L80e's go for about twice what a built th400 go for so I think I'm going to just stick with a Rossler th400 for this build. The company I was going to get my 8.8 through doesn't have a website anymore so I'm assuming they are out of business. Now the plan is to order a Quick Performance 9" with a spool.

How much do you plan to drive it?

Pretty much to the track and short rides close to home. Nothing far, no daily driving, no stop and go. I will comprise streetability to make it faster on the track. My next build after this will be a street car.

TH400 is a good choice then.
