Just thinking about what else I've dun to this car when I put the 4.11 rear in I did Hime joint adjustable upper trailing arms and square tube lowers. A aluminum girdled cover and a drive shaft hoop. When it got it's first 455 it also got a cross member from cross member.com the Hooker headers were from a chocho customs SS El Camino that had a Diesel and someone else put a 455 in it we put a SBC in it and I kept the headers I'm shore there's more I just don't remember when I get back on it I'll post pictures tho so you can chime in anytime
Nice work, Clutch, looking forward to this project and any updates.
I noticed you have S-10 columns. Are you using a S-10 column for the key release? do you remove the internals and swap them or are you putting the s-10 column in the cutlass?

I'm not shore yet I'm probably going to just build one wit a g-body column and the upper portion of an s-10 column unless I mesure length and it goes right in but then I still need to change the lock and switches to chrome from the olds
I'm sure I will. Right now I'm trying to finish my (78 W-31 Cutlass) but as far as I know I'm just missing a few trinkets for it I tried to get rid of that jet boat on Craigslist after I pulled the motor and the dumb questions got me so mad I gave it to my brother he sold the jet drive and the oldamoboat parts used the trailer for his boat and the Sea Ray went to a recycling center so tub grinder.
When I do mine I'll make it look easy and I'll post pictures on here for everyone if I have enough parts left over I'll build my Uncle one for his 81 454 ST-10 Cutlass also I built him that car 20-25 years ago lol wow I'm getting old!
Clutch, if you do I will be forever grateful, now if I could get my hands on an s10 manual steering column! Haha
It doesn't seem to complicated, it is something I will need to do in the future.
Almost finished rebuilding my Saginaw. De-burred all the gears, just need to load in the needle bearings then I'll be ready for assembly so I will be swapping in my manual transmission hopefully by August.
