Well I lucked out big time... My backyard neighbor had an 83 Calais parked in his garage with a very strong running 69 350 Rocket. Bought the car for $400 and drove it around the block to my house today. Car is in pretty bad shape. Frame and trunk are rotted. Lots of good parts. Started pulling drivetrain today. Turbo 350 works perfect. Should be able to recoup my 400 and then some. Will keep updating as I progress...
